Honours Project - Randomness in Stealth Games
I wanted to explore the effect of randomness on the difficulty of stealth games. I made a game in Unity and tracked how often players were detected or caught when the guards moved according to different rules.
The entire project was done in two semesters as part of my final year of university. Planning and research was done in the first semester, while the second semester involved making the game, collecting the data and writing the dissertation.
A copy of my dissertation can be downloaded HERE, and the game can be downloaded HERE .
